Why does my application change the status of not being retrieved after it has been downloaded?

Once you have signed one or more educational wishes, you can see an envelope next to each application. If your application has been downloaded by the educational institution, the envelope is open.

If you add attachments to a signed application, the envelope changes, and is closed again. The closed envelope means, that the educational institution has not yet downloaded the new documents.

Once the educational institution has retrieved the new documents, the envelope will open again.
