If you expect to pass your upper secondary education this summer, you must upload your diploma to Optagelse.dk immediately after receiving it.
Your diploma must be added to your application(s) no later than July 5th, 12 noon (CET).
Follow these steps to upload your diploma to your applications:
- Scan your diploma and save the document on your computer while giving it a relevant name
- Only files saved in pdf format can be added to your application(s)
- Log on to Optagelse.dk
- Go to the tab 'Attachments'
- Click the button 'Add attachment' to find the document on your computer and add it to your application(s)
- Find the document on your computer and click 'Ok' to add the document
- Click the check mark next to the educational programme(s), you wish to attach it to
- If there is no check mark next to the specific educational progamme, the institution will not receive the attachment.
Please note
If you know, that you will receive your diploma later than July 5th, 12 noon (CET), check the websites of the educational institutions for information on how to send the diploma to the educational institution.
Please note
Important for IB students: Deadline is March 15th before 12 noon (CET) for applicants with an IB diploma, since IB is viewed as an international exam, though you may have completed it in Denmark.
If you pass your IB exam the same year, that you apply for an upper educational programme, your IB coordinator at your IB school has to sign you up to IBIS (IB Information System).
IBIS is an online database, where the education institution can retrieve your diploma electronically. You have to give your IB coordinator permission before May 1st.
