How can I see that my application is submitted?

Have you applied without NemID or MitID?

When you have made an application without logging in with NemID or MitID, you will not receive an e-mail with a receipt, when you approve and print the signature page.

There will be an envelope next to the application on your priority list, after you click 'Accept' and 'Print'. The educational institution can only retrieve the application, once they have received the signature page. An open envelope shows, that the educational institution has retrieved your application.

It is the time of the receipt of the signature at the educational institution, that determines if you have applied in time. The signature page must be received by the educational institution no later than March 15th., 12 noon (CET) for quota 2 applicants, and no later than July 5th., 12 noon (CET) for quota 1 applicants with a Danish upper secondary school diploma.

Have you applied with NemID or MitID?

When you have signed an application for a degree program with NemID or MitID, you will receive an e-mail with a receipt from Optagelse.dk in your e-mail inbox.

If you have not received a receipt e-mail, you can check under unsolicited mail or spam. Once you have signed an application for a degree programme with NemID or MitID, you will see an envelope next to the application on your priority list. The envelope shows that the application has been  shipped. An open envelope shows, that the educational institution has retrieved your application. It is the time of your signature, that determines if you have applied in time.
